We are "Under Contract"! Yippee! Mike has the camera with the photos so I cannot upload the ones we took. We close in May when Mike goes back to Colorado.
3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, office, large kitchen, cathedral ceilings, backyard, 2 ovens, etc... Wish us luck at we have it inspected at 2PM Colorado time!
They took the link down so now I need to get Mike to upload the pictures. Hold your breathe!

But lots of bedrooms for visitors is always a good idea :)
Does this mean you'll want some of your furniture back :p
I guess everything is moving along with the contract. Your house is no longer listed. Tom was taking the virtual tour when they apparantly took down the listing and it just sort of stopped midstream.

I am excited to go shopping in RI, MA and ME to rediscover all those things left behind! As far as my pea brain can remember there is one thing we want back from the two of you. A certain something in the game room.
Might buy back anyhting that you do not use or want to get rid of.
