Karnak Temple with Gorneaus

Once we finished with Luxor we strolled to Karnak with our water bottles empty...we refilled often but could not seem to keep up with the dehydrating heat of the day.

We passed a full minarets along the way.

Street vendors too

Inside the entryway Sonny examines the construction of the kiln. Greta gets a lesson on firing pottery...not sure that is why she came to Karnak Temple though.

Still examining...we might not get him inside.

The ram heads that run to Luxor Temple.

Pillars

Is that awe on his face?

Ankh, key of life, 7 is a lucky number.

7 doors for the Ka to use to rejuvenate itself.

Hold on goats crossing

On this note we all were craving food and headed to the Metropolitian Cafe on the Nile for a delicious meal.
