I love camping, I love my family, and I love combining the two. Spent a few days with my sister and Mike before the rest arrived. Our view was perfect!

Spent a long weekend at North Bend Campground with most of my family, sadly one family did not make.

We rented a group site From Thursday-Sunday. The location was perfect as it was easy access to the lake, had a pavilion in case of rain, plenty of tent sights, picnic tables and fire rings.

It rained Friday-Sunday and some tents got wet! We of course stayed dry in LIBB!

Plenty of time in the water as the 90° temperature kept it hot.

We also tie dyed some shirts! and our fingers!!

It definitely takes a village to tie dye with kids. They were very patient and excited!

Kerr Reservoir was very low, eight and a half feet low. It was nice to be able to walk the beach and explore. Normally the water comes up to the rocks, you can see the black line on them showing you were the water level normally
is.

An abundance of shells!

and carcasses,

and plants trying to grow in the desert like beach.

And of course sunsets that are always beautiful and uplifting!

Hopefully everyone will want to do it again!!
